HAVE YOU SEEN THIS MISSING CHILD?
This is Lolita Cullen born 19/08/2000. She has been reported missing from her home and school in Nairobi Kenya for 10 weeks and is believed to be in France She may be with Evelyne Uwamahoro 36, originally Rwandan but travelling on a temporary Irish passport and whose mental state is causing serious worry and concern. She has possibly been enrolled in an elementary school without the school’s full knowledge of her legal status, other Rwandans in the area may be aware of her whereabouts.
